Will Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak shut Las Vegas back down again? That is a question that is on many people’s minds since the shaky reopening that the stat of Nevada has experienced so far. Nevada is obviously in a tough spot because shutting down again would cost the state a lot of money. However, there have been numerous issues since Las Vegas has reopened. Las Vegas initially opened without a mask mandate, but has had one in place for months now. Bars all across the state of Nevada were forced to shut down, leading to a lawsuit that would end with a judge siding with Governor Sisolak over the closing of bars. Vegas is in uncertain times right now, but I’m doubtful that the state of Nevada would be closing down in the near future, even if the virus situation did get worse. I believe that Nevada politicians would exercise several other alternatives to immediate closing if the virus cases and deaths do begin to increase in Nevada.
